REPLACEMENT POLICY

Sometimes the flowers in the chosen bouquet may not be available; in these cases, our local florists will be authorized to automatically proceed with the replacement of the products with other similar ones of equal or greater value than those indicated in the original product. Other times the replacement may concern only the color of the flower which in this case will also be replaced with a similar color.

For the reasons mentioned above, FIORIRE tends to specify, once again, that the image representing each individual product is purely indicative and may not fully reflect the characteristics of the article.

No deliveries on Mondays and Sundays. From Tuesday to Friday, same-day delivery will be made only for orders received before 12:00.
